FACILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT

I/We covenant and agree to rent the facilities as indicated and described below as per the fee schedule set out herein from The Owners, Strata Corporation LMS 2064 as represented by Strata Council LMS 2064 and/or their Agents on the following fundamental terms and conditions.

i) I/We agree to turn the facilities over in the time allotted in a clean and orderly manner. All facilities must be vacated no later than 11:00PM.
ii) I/We will provide, in advance of the rental date and time, a $200.00 (CASH ONLY) deposit to the said Strata Corporation via the Building Manager's Office.
iii) I/We agree that any damage and/or cleanliness of the facilities shall be unilaterally determined at the sole discretion of the Building Manager and/or Strata Council LMS 2064 and/or their Agent and such amount as so determined may hereby be deducted from said $200 deposit.
iv) I/We agree that in the event that said damage and/or cleanliness exceeds the $200 deposit as may be determined by the Building Manager and/or Strata Council, and/or their Agent, I/we hereby agree to pay the amount so determined immediately forthwith to Strata Corporation LMS 2064.
v) I/We further agree that this is the Entire Agreement and shall endure and be binding on the parties hereto heirs, successors and assigns masculine includes feminine and singular includes plural.
